BackFlow Arrows

"BackFlow Arrow" -- Definition:
On these charts, an arrow shows sequencial dependency; and a loop can be made from a "later" task back to repeat an earlier task. The task at the base of the arrow (like monitoring) finds that an earlier task must be at least partly re-done, because of some new information.

Program Monitoring:
Respecting this rule while managing and tracking project progress, helps maintain a high degree of confidence that everything needed for the project is being done, and that no steps have been missed or skipped.
